The 53-year-old is in danger of spending at least 5 years in federal prison after acknowledging the charge that he had made an interstate flight to engage in illicit sexual conduct and offering child pornography.
He is married and has three children, and communication with the victim had started through Snapchit in 2017.
Their communication became sexual when he asked the teenager that “knows how to have oral [goal] sex”.
