Serbian List meted out six thousand euros

The first fine of 2 thousand and 100 euros from PZAP has come because a few days before the elections, on 16 May respectively, in some public spaces in the centre of the city of North Mitrovica, during the monitoring have observed plaques on behalf of the Serbian political subject. General Election Law [...]
The General Election Law defines “Action Forbidden by political subjects during the election campaign banning the deployment of plaques, posters and public street reports”.
Since Goran Rakiqi's photo has been placed on power poles and public roads, it poses violations of the LZP. For these legal violations, this party has not responded.
“PZAP announced the political subject Serbian List for the submitted complaint and has demanded that it be answered by 18.05.2019, at 1600, but the political subject in question offered no answer regarding this”, it says.
The next two thousand-50-euro sentence for the Serbian List has been received because irregularities have been observed during the monitoring of the election campaign, where, in Zubin Potok, the captallation for Zupq, plaques have been placed on behalf of the candidates of this party on electrical poles -- this act prohibited by law.
While the third penalty for this party is 2 thousand euros, the decision made by PZAP.
And the reason is similar to other complaints about putting photographs and candidate names in public space, as in public lighting poles.
“On 17th PZAP has accepted a complaint from the IDK in Pristina, with which it claims that by the date 16,05.2019, during the monitoring of the election campaign for local elections of several Kosovo municipalities, they have noted a irregularities that has been recorded with photographs. According to the complaint front-runner, on the streets of Knjaza Milosa, Lole Ribara, Krajla Petra, in the center of the northern city of Mitrovica, their monitors have encountered political subject plates, pasted to public spaces and on public lighting pillars”, the PZAP's reasoning said.
Otherwise, elections were held in four northern Kosovo municipalities Sunday, which passed without any incidents.
In all of these winning municipalities, Serbian List candidates came up. Three of them are the mayors who resigned from the municipality's first post after the 100% tax is imposed on Serbian products.
