Refusing impact all that happened in the country until consensus was reached on the tribunal for Serbian genocide

At today's session of the Kosovo Assembly, consensus has been reached among MPs of all parties for the initiative of Parliament Speaker and PDK (PDK), Kadri Veselin for the establishment of the Tribunal for Serbian genocide in Kosovo reports Periscopi. Parliamentary groups have agreed to meet together on an ad-hoc commission to harmonise positions so that the initiative can then be jointly voted on establishing the tribunal.
Parliamentary groups will harmonise positions even around Genocide Day, the construction of the Genocide Museum, and the Destitution Museum.
This Commission's proposal has proposed Social Democrat Party MP Faton Topalli, who requested that all MPs be harmonised in establishing the International Tribunal for Serbian genocide in Kosovo.
This proposal was approved by 62 votes for and none against.
My concrete proposal is for the Kosovo Parliament to create a parliamentary commission, which will then have it based on this text, which has been handed over to us, to harmonise attitudes and then jointly, so given this great importance of the issue, which we have discussed in the past weeks in the assembly, to sit down together and harmonise a text, which will be adopted by the majority of the members of the Parliament”, Topalli said.
He said they are for the creation of a triponal and justice and to pursue all those who have caused war crimes. According to him, party lines and interests should be crossed, and a superparty consensus should be created for the creation of a tribunal.
Sheriff with interesting explanation for the Parliament resolutions
The MP from NISMA's ranks, Bilal the Sheriff, said that at today's session Tribunali would have to be voted in, not reopening the debate over it, since last session was conducted.
“Today I didn't believe the debate on the agenda will reopen, which is over, we've been debating all day last week, we're about to be voted on.
That resolution of parliamentary groups has explained in the way we design a room.
So we're opening the debate, and I'm starting with Faton, who told the Speaker of the Parliament that he's offered a room full of furniture, but the two of us are not really enjoying the design, let's create a commission where we see how we're filling it up. Whoever believes the Tribunal will be replacing Kosovo's judiciary is naive or malicious”, he said.
Haradinaj for Tribunal: Did he ever take the railroad or the train?
At today's session, Alliance for the Future of Kosovo MP Daut Haradinaj has reminded MPs that last week all have been unique to this resolution.
“We are all agreeing that there are crimes behind and we have passed a resolution last week condemning the Serbian genocide in Kosovo, while I know that all members who have been on the commission have been unique in adopting that draft resolution”, Haradinaj said.
He also had a question for opposition MPs.
We're all agreeing that Serbian crimes should be condemned, the question is either the railway or the train, he said.
The AKK on this state commission has nominated Muharrem Nitaj as a member.
Krasniqi: Even we have names on the plaque. Just vote on the Tribunal.
Soundly against the opposition in the debate over the International Tribunal for Serbian genocide was PDK Parliamentary Group chief Memli Krasniqi.
Krasniqi has said it is a little important whose idea is to vote on this Tribunali.
According to him, it is important that he be voted into office.
“Vec vote, that the idea of anyone even being named is on the plaque. That the man who's the Speaker of the House said he'd back off this idea. Just come out and say this is an idea. Let all of Wessel's documents be destroyed and removed. Sė Koq”, Krasniqi said.
Tahiri... Kurti: Do not compare Special to Tribunal, Serbia has committed crimes, not KLA
Even today's Assembly session did not go through without clashes between MPs and ministers. One was among VVA deputy Albin Kurti of Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri.
Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has reacted to Vetevendosje MP Albin Kurti, who compared the International Tribunal for Serbian Genocide to the Special Court, as long as it should be available to create it, reports Periscope.
Tahiri has told Kurt he knows what pressure MPs have voted on him.
He even says that neither for 40 years nor for 100 years will be achieved to testify to the alleged crimes of KLA, as they have not occurred.
We know what kind of pressure we found that Special Court. They would never have failed UCH crime. We are for all those who have committed crimes to be brought to justice, but it is unacceptable that Kosovo does not address you to the Security Council for thousands of victims. It's our right. Even if it doesn't, history should remember our request. Even after 100 years, justice is required for war. It's our right, so it has to happen. This” should be compared to the Special Court, Tahiri said.
He again reacted to Kurti, who said the Special Court took him as an example until he reminded him that he has opposed the court.
I took as an example the court I've been opposing, unlike colleagues. At the international convention, we don't have time for witnesses to die. If we are in a hurry for a Tribunal that takes us years, why are we rushing to vote on changing the penal procedure code that allows the punishment of Serbian criminals even when they are missing? The minister said something about my crucial. He said even if it's Tribunali, we know justice. Even if it doesn't, it's prepared for failure. You shouldn't. When you're ready for this Tribunal, you see its end. We're prepared for failure. We have to sue Serbia in the JUDN. It is not a matter of will, but also of knowledge. You need to know what judges say about this”, Kurt said.
The Minister Tahiri applied again.
He told Kurt that Tribunali could even fail, as such a thing does not depend on the will of Kosovo institutions.
The fact that's not in our hands, but in the UN, happens to fail. Our will is to have international justice. We should not stop at this request. There are many problems after which the KLA has committed crimes against civilians. For 15 years they've traced nothing. They haven't found me in the next 40 years. We know what we want, and we'll keep going. Despite your demand to drag this”, Tahiri told Kurti.
Wessel: You do whatever you want, the Tribunal won't stop you for 20 years you've already cried, and you haven't done anything.
To discussions by MPs and the opposition drag on the vote for the Serbian genocide International Tribunal reacted to Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel, who addressed them from the Parliament's folk.
He has criticised representatives of other political parties for the campaign, which he says are opposing his idea of the International Tribunal for the Serbian genocide, reports Periscope.
Wessel has said that there have been two decades nobody has undertaken such an initiative for the Serbian genocide.
“She's right in the footsteps, but you've already come. Now why is this campaign so serious when someone is doing something? Why these insulins? This initiative has nothing to do with me and you. But with our children, that they may not taste what we had experienced. I don't even mean to take the flag for it, take whoever wants you. Despite all, know that the resolution of all others will be put to the polls. Turn it around as you wish, eliminate any name that has been so far, but the initiative will run to the end. Don't manipulate people”, Vessel said.
Kurti vs. Tribunal with a downpour of rhyme: We have context, we have the pretext but we don't have the text
Again against Wessel's idea of the Tribunal case for the Serbian genocide came VVAN deputy Albin Kurti.
Kurti has recited in the Kosovo Assembly, while voicing sceptical of establishing the International Tribunal. He does not see this idea easily feasible and says that it is a step that would take a long time.
The “in this situation is due to the idea of the Speaker of the Parliament and the PAN's chief for Tribunal Serbia genocide. So we have the context, we have the pretext, but we don't have the text. How it goes any further, no one knows. Even if it was possible to establish an international Tribunal, who knows how long it takes to establish it. So when you say the International Tribunal, it doesn't mean to rush, it means not to rush. The idea for the Tribunal is a slow step. We have to move faster”, he said.
Krasniqi Hotti: We're up.
The clash in the Assembly was also between PDK MP chief Memli Krasniqi and LDK's one, Avdullah Hoti.
Krasniqi has called for political and protagonism to be overcome over the case of the tribunal for Serbian genocide, Periscope reports.
He said that at today's session he would have to be voted into this case, since the debate was carried out at last session.
Despite the fact that the debate over this point is over, it should only be voted in. He didn't want to appreciate the procedures. It's an important subject for citizens. What the LDK wants is the same as what we voted for. We voted for the formation of a parliamentary commission with all the parties through which all the actions taken are passed. We voted a Commission for this job, what are you looking for now. I've been praying seriously, forget about a moment of protagonism, let's deal with this subject, because they've gone before these guys who are following us here and on the screen. We can deal on every other step in the Commission. We are willing to meet and discuss all steps. But let the protagonism not be compromised. Now we need to find out who the members of this commission are. And believe it, unless you believe it, we don't have the protagonization of importance, but the establishment of the tribunal for the Serbian genocide. Please, before you're party, let's act reasonable. We'll discuss that Commission whenever you want, and come to session”, Krasniqi said.
The fight for credit in the Parliament: LDK removes a resolution on Tribunal from the sleeve
Memli Krasniqi's reaction had come after the LDK's proposal for a resolution on Tribunal.
“Kriminals are first followed by local justice and then by international justice. The decision should contain legislative changes that are necessary, as well as institutional capacities to prosecute and condemn war crimes perpetrators even in absentia. Test meeting. After conducting these actions, Kosovo's state must engage on the diplomatic level for creating a Tribunal for the Serbian genocide in Kosovo”, LDK chief GP Avdullah Hoti has said as he read the resolution points.
Wessel: As for Tribunal never mention my name, just vote
The first to take issue at today's session was Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini, who originally called on MPs to vote on Tribunal.
If he said such an initiative is being hampered by his cause, then he demanded that “mos be mentioned at all as”.
I said at the last session, not that I'm able to give up on myself, but never mention my name, but it's been two decades, and no one in this country has ever even taken initiative, and it's a great honor to stop and stop. There is no need to improvise, get out of parliamentary groups as they wish, improvise it so that the initiative can only be removed from the name and vote that we have many more”, Wessel said at the Kosovo Assembly session.
The important thing is to vote from this country initiative for Tribunal. Who does it, how it's designed, how it's properly, when we're finally giving answers to citizens”, he said.
We remember that LDK and Vetevendosje have not voted off the initiative for International Tribunal for War Crimes genocide from Serbia to Kosovo. / P ERISCOPIA
