Parliamentary groups have agreed to meet together on an ad-hoc commission to harmonise positions so that the initiative can then be jointly voted on establishing the tribunal.

Parliamentary groups will harmonise positions even around Genocide Day, the construction of the Genocide Museum, and the Destitution Museum.

This Commission's proposal has proposed Social Democrat Party MP Faton Topalli, who requested that all MPs be harmonised in establishing the International Tribunal for Serbian genocide in Kosovo.

This proposal was approved by 62 votes for and none against.

He said they are for the creation of a triponal and justice and to pursue all those who have caused war crimes. According to him, party lines and interests should be crossed, and a superparty consensus should be created for the creation of a tribunal.

Soundly against the opposition in the debate over the International Tribunal for Serbian genocide was PDK Parliamentary Group chief Memli Krasniqi.

Krasniqi has said it is a little important whose idea is to vote on this Tribunali.

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has reacted to Vetevendosje MP Albin Kurti, who compared the International Tribunal for Serbian Genocide to the Special Court, as long as it should be available to create it, reports Periscope.

He even says that neither for 40 years nor for 100 years will be achieved to testify to the alleged crimes of KLA, as they have not occurred.

We are for all those who have committed crimes to be brought to justice, but it is unacceptable that Kosovo does not address you to the Security Council for thousands of victims. It's our right. Even if it doesn't, history should remember our request. Even after 100 years, justice is required for war. It's our right, so it has to happen. He again reacted to Kurti, who said the Special Court took him as an example until he reminded him that he has opposed the court.

Krasniqi has called for political and protagonism to be overcome over the case of the tribunal for Serbian genocide, Periscope reports.

He said that at today's session he would have to be voted into this case, since the debate was carried out at last session.

What the LDK wants is the same as what we voted for. We voted for the formation of a parliamentary commission with all the parties through which all the actions taken are passed. Memli Krasniqi's reaction had come after the LDK's proposal for a resolution on Tribunal.
