While MP for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) Shkumbin Demalijaj, allegedly in two interviews given in September last year have ex-special prosecutor Elez Blakaj, over the indictment of the “Vinterans” case.

Regarding these statements, to Zeka, on September 27, 2018, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had issued the ruling with which he was to remain in custody a month, but then the Court of Appeals had changed this measure with house arrest, from which the measure had been later released.
And for similar statements, a month of detention had been assigned to MP Shkumbin Demalijaj on September 28, 2018, which the move had also changed by the Court of Appeals, leaving him in house arrest for a month.
He allegedly, in two separate interviews, had owned former Special Prosecutor Elez Blakaj's Prosecutor, over the indictment of the “Venterians”, in which Demalijaj participated as accused of “misusing the office or official authority”.
Demalijaj allegedly said in a report in RTK that “I would follow in private with my family if the state of Kosovo didn't do anything to him, and on September 25, 2018, in an interview on T7 television, said that “I never regretted the words I said, if the state doesn't deal with Blackaj then I will personally deal with the”.
These Demalijat statements were made after prosecutor Blakaj had delivered the indictment of the case “Venterians” and resigned, because, as he had said, for threats and pressures, during the time he was investigating the case, both within the prosecutorial system and outside it.
Otherwise, in the case known as “Veterians”, along with Demalijaj on charges of “mishandling official position or authority”, Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitijaha, Celeti, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Dacu, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazli, Smal Elezaj, Fadil Shudaj and Javitsar.
According to the indictment prepared by the former Blakaj prosecutor, the people involved are charged that between 2011 and 2017, acting as members of the Government Commission for the recognition and Verification of the Status of the Nation's Witness, Invalid, Vetvaran, Partitor and Intervention of the Kosovo Liberation Army War, have used the duty and official authority, exceeding the competencies and failing to fulfill the official duties, in order to benefit other persons illegally, in the continuation of the budget damage to the Republic of Kosovo.
While, in the case known as “Vizat”, in addition to MP Zeka, on charges of fraud, tax evasion and money laundering are being charged with Edosmond Krliu and Ilir Krasniqi.
According to the indictment compiled by prosecutor Africa Shefkiu, the defendants reportedly had presented false facts about the employment of Kosovo's citizens in Germany through the “-Pa-Votlum”, luring citizens to apply to their offices in Pristina's “neighborhood.
