Thus, the number of acquaintances went to 116.
It has since been more than a year since Kosovo stopped receiving any recognition.
European Integration Commission member Fatmire Mulhrama-Kollcak says recognitions have not come because of the ministry of foreign affairs's poor performance, KTV reports.
According to her, because of the chaos currently in the country, success is considered to be without recognition.
But, international expert Emrush Ujkan says, in fact, recognitions of Kosovo have been halted because there is still no agreement with Serbia.
According to him, Serbia has thus exploited the moment for aggressive diplomacy.
And, attracting recognitions, according to Arton Musliu, Kosovo risks creating total chaos in international relations.
But, in an answer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it is said to be constantly working on bringing new recognitions to Kosovo.
According to the MPJ, recently, for a visit to Kosovo was Kenyan vice president and chairman of the Ethiopian Parliament, and their visits show the successful diplomatic approach applied to these African countries.
In addition, according to the MPJ, Serbian propaganda has developed in many parts of the world, but that is already Serbia's closed and failed chapter.
In December last year, it was reported for the withdrawal of recognition by the Solomon Islands, and the decision had been communicated to the Kosovo Embassy in Canberra, Australia.
The Solomon Islands, a sovereign state in the Ocean, had recognised Kosovo in August 2014.
