O'Connell: How do I tell British investors that Emin Beqiri will keep you safe?

Readers have asked many questions to the British diplomat, where many of them have not been answered.
He has been asked by a reader whether there is hope that the international community will intervene in order to fix the problems facing Kosovo.
And in his response, the British diplomat was very clear and decidatory, saying problems should be solved by citizens themselves.
No, you have no hope, no hope, for international intervention. Kosovo is an independent state. There are no cases in the world that have been addressed the problems of a country, organised crime and corruption, expecting foreigners to come. Nobody's gonna fix the house. You gotta do it yourself. Do it yourself. But we will continue to seek improvements because organised crime in Kosovo harms us and we refuse it. And if there is political will to change things, whether by the government or by another government, we will be close to politicians who really want to fight crime and corruption”, he said.
British diplomat responding to citizens' questions has also criticised the justice system.
Citing the case of former Economic Crimes Director Emin Beqiri, who was declared guilty by the Constitutional Court for Official Abuse, and then the Court of Appeals had rejected this indictment, O'Connell said Beqiri is already chief of police at Ferizaj. For what, he said he is reluctant to meet with British investors who want to invest in Ferizaj.
I have British investors who want to invest in Ferizaj, but how can I sit in a meeting with them and tell you don't worry because the police in Ferizaj will save you, when we know that people like them are leading the police, and when we know that these links to criminality continue and when judicial systems make mistakes and there's no responsibility for those who are doing these, and it's a word for this: state's capture”, he said.
The British ambassador says it is vital that changes occur. According to him, courageous prosecutors and judges need support in order to show bravely what they disagree about happening in the country.
