In a status in his Facebook account, Haskuka has invited the Kosovo Police and justice bodies to find the culprits.
“The loss of public property is vandalism and sanctioned by law, while damage to cultural heritage monuments is a criminal offence. Under the law in effect, the penalty for these acts could amount to up to 5 years in prison.
Injuries caused at Namazgjah's open mosque are criminal acts by irresponsible and cowards.
I invite the Kosovo Police and the justice bodies to find the culprits in order to get deserved sentences.
Cultural heritage sites are common assets that distinguish Prizren as a historic city, and we have to take care of them as we care for our home”, wrote on Facebook, Haskuka.
