“The prosecutor who is currently handling this case, on October 2, 2017, has made a decision to start the investigation, since there is reasonable suspicion that, in 1210.2015, around 21:30, before the Pristina police station, the D.M. suspect has attacked a police commander official of this station, D.I., the same thing in spite of some invitations sent by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina to secure his statement, has never been submitted, and has never reasoned without interviewing him in an interview, the prosecutor said.
The prosecutor of the case, April 10th against the D.M., has applied for issuing an arrest warrant for securing his presence at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina.
“Acting on the request of the prosecutor of the case, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, on May 12th 2019, has issued arrest warrants, which has been implemented today, on May 13th 2019, at 10:00, as well as the high-ranking suspect has been interviewed and later released in regular procedure.”, said the statement.
