Under international military exercises “emergency response 19”, which is being held from May 10th to June 6th in Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary, about a hundred members of the Albanian and Kosovo Armys were transported on two Croatian warships.
Two offensive and mine-finders from Croatia “Kerka” and “Cetina” have arrived yesterday at the port of Zara, and as the Croatian news agency Hina broadcasts, about a hundred members of the armed forces of the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo with 23 vehicles were removed from the ships.
Davor Alujevic, commander of the ship “Krka”, is alleged to have said that “for the first time, the Croatian War Force ships are being transported by Albanian and Kosovo forces, which are launched by another ally country, on the basis of the Albanian port of Durres.
The Croatian agency claims that after the landing in Gazhenica, these forces on land roads will be transported to military range “Eugen Kvaternik” near Sllunj.
The Croatian Defence Ministry yesterday has stated that in international military exercise “the urgent response 19” has been carried out by American forces' air department at this military range near Sllunj.
Hina broadcasts the Croatian ministry's statement that 1,600 soldiers participating in exercises are from Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, the US, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Poland, France, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy and Germany.
It is claimed that these exercises are planned and guided by the American Forces Command for Europe (USEUCOM) with the claim of the exercise of forces of member countries of the A-5 initiative.
