Even a File Suspect Arrested

Kosovo police, namely Economic Crimes Investigation Sector (DHKEK), supported by the DHKO Support Unit, as well as the North Pristina Police Station, in order to implement the Constitutional Court's Commission on War Crimes Department in Pristina, have arrested a person for fraud.

The communiqué says that on the date 28.05.2019 has carried out the code-named police operation '%Era.'"

“During the development of this operation, a suspected person has been caught in a phalanxion, accepting money (cate of 1,200.00 euros) in many of the same cases, with the same cases being arrested by Kosovo Police, under suspicion of having carried out the criminal work ukajdee from Article 331, KPRK. The high-level person, with the aim of illegally profiting money with interest (fadee), has contracted various amounts of money, thus profiting the amount of 70,000.00 euros”, police reports.

On the basis of the verbal ordinance by the judge of preliminary procedure from the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the location of the suspect's house has been checked. During the search, an expired-term hunting rifle has been found, which has seized the Investigation Unit from the North Police Station in Pristina.

“Also during this police operation have been seized even worth 1,500.00 euros, an iPhone phone, and a metal rod. In the case of the case, the Pristina Basic Prosecutor's Prosecutorial Prosecutorship has been announced by the State Crimes Department and, with a decision, the suspected person is sent to the hold for 48 hours”, the announcement concludes.
