Some were family secrets, others said that living life to the fullest. However, one of the most surprising answers came from a 109-year-old woman named Jesse Galla [Jessie Gallan], reports Periscope of a page called Healthfoothouse.com.
Born in 1906, Jesse grew up in Kintore, Scotland, on a family farm. Her life was simple and rural.
She had recently gone to school and then found work in a farm kitchen. She had also worked as a servant in the city, as well. He worked long in a wealthy family after working in the service industry.
Gallan died in 2015, but he managed to offer the secret to her life span.
