Deputy Defence Minister Burim Ramadani, Land Forces Commander, deputy commander of the KSF, Brigadier General Enver Cikaqi, BMO Commander Brigadier General Naim Haziri, Zv. The commander of the Doctrine and Training Command, Colonel Mehmet Ldrofvci, commander of the RRC, Colonel Shaip Haziri and senior KSF officers, as well as contact officers of the KSF partner states.
In this case, Deputy Minister of Defense, Mr. Burim Ramadani stressed that by 2014 the tradition of this race has been established, and since 2017, the competition has enhanced the participation of partner countries.
Our orientation and dedication as the KSF, Ramadani added, is to increase our co-operation with NATO's Allied states. This race is showing cooperation and interaction with the participation of 9 partner states in the race like: Albania, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Northern Macedonia, Great Britain, Poland, Turkey, and the United States of America.
The race for choosing the best soldier promotes the values and exchanges of experiences, and at the same time has forged friendship among you, so I believe this communication will continue in the future.
Earth Forces Commander Brigadier General Enver Cikaqi, in his address, stressed that the presence of 9 partner states in the race best shows the value and level of the race. This gives strong meaning to this organisation and thanks even on behalf of the KSF commander, Lieutenant General Rama, everyone, for the organisation and prosperity of the race.

„The goals realised have made this race very challenging, and interesting for participants. We will identify the achievements as well as the existing shortcomings in other organizations, to show even the skills and growth of even more partner countries.
We're happy that this year is the first year with the new KSF mandate and such great participation of contestants, both KSF and our partners, gives us the will that we are on our way to establishing standards with our strategic partners.
Sergeant First Major KSF, Genc Metaj, said that „gara was quite challenging, but it was not just the race. These days, we have also together organised cultural visits to different countries in Kosovo to inform partners of our past. We're prepared with partners for the performance of the race. Sergeant Major Metay thanked all major sergeants who have organised, led and successfully realised this race.
He also showed the story of the race, taking as an example at the outset, the best U.S. state soldier's race IOWA, and then adjusting it to a unique KSF race that has now become traditional, challenging, and many attractive racers.
At the end of the ceremony, the results of both races were announced.
The best soldier in 2019, at the KSF level, was declared Private Benic Nebihu, Operational Support Brigade, while the second country met with Corporal Valon Hajdari, Fast Response Brigade and third placed soldier Shkodran Kokalla, the Fast Response Brigade.

While the winner of the international event “Best Commander of 2019” was declared Sergeant Xhevat Maloku of the Republic of Albania, deThe second edition belonged to theatres Darko Dimitrijevic, from the Northern Macedonia Army and third place, Corporal Josif Agoli from the Army of the Republic of Albania.
The best soldier race held at the KSF level has been held from date: April 22-26, 2019, in Kazerman „Skenderbeu” in Ferizaj, where soldiers and NCOs from all KSF units and from participating partner countries competed together in these disciplines: Physical tests, gunfights, ground navigation, roadblocks, grenade launch, the passage of the danger zone, first aid, field surveillance, and fast cargo march, with scratches all racers showing commitment and professionalism throughout the realisation of these races.
22 contestants from the KSF and 18 contestants from nine partner countries, such as: Albania, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Northern Macedonia, Great Britain, Poland, Turkey, and the United States of America.
