He has questioned the critical moment and said that he was not the only man equipped with firearms.
Rudcaj says that even his friends had fired guns, although at no time the Court has ascertained this. He expressed serious doubts about whether his bullets killed nine-year-old girl Clara, while acknowledging the murder of woman Valbona.
