Limaj: Kostunica's battle gave new impulse to KLA's fair war

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj has remembered the 20th anniversary of Kostunica's Battle, expressing honours to all martyrs.

According to Limaj, this battle gave a new impulse to the fair fight of the Kosovo Liberation Army, thus enabling easier supply of weapons.

“Two decades ago in Kostunica the soldiers of the Kosovo Liberation Army, listed in the 138 “Agim Ramadani”, held one of the most glorious KLA battles. Kostare's battle culminated in the violation of the border, which was violently located among Albanians. This battle gave a new impulse to the fair fight of the Kosovo Liberation Army, thus enabling easier supply of weapons. On this 20th anniversary, we remember and honour the martyrs of the Kosovo Liberation Army, fallen in this battle. Glory to the martyrs of Kosare and all the martyrs of the nation”, Limaj wrote on Facebook.
