There's a video on the grid where Juncker takes the stick with fire (representing the flame of hope) as well, but instead of keeping it in one direction, he turns it towards First Lady Jeanette Kegame and almost burns it.
Her husband's reaction was swift by throwing the stick at Juncker. Then they take the guards away. This is not the first time Juncker is in the spotlight because of his legs.
We remember that during a meeting with EU leaders at the end of 2017 he appeared drunk. Also during the NATO summit in July last year, the EU leader was seen stumbling and losing his balance several times before a dinner.
