French rightist party criticises Kosovo for returning over 100 citizens from Syria

The return of over 100 Kosovo citizens from Syria to Kosovo is seen as an extremely dangerous act by some parties, which are represented in the French Parliament.

In a reaction issued yesterday by the rightist party ébout Le Franceé of Nicolas Dupont-Ayn, it is said to condemn such an act taken by Kosovo authorities, as Kosovo according to them continues to remain a high-risk country in terms of terrorisation.

This party recalls that in 2018, authorities in Pristina had announced they have arrested four citizens who had planned attacks on France and Belgium and against international peacekeeping missions in Kosovo.

“The France condemns this decision of a country in which the risk for terrorism remains high. According to them, the decision to return from Syria all those citizens also sends a bad signal towards Europe, as Kosovo is already awaiting visa liberalisation.

This, according to them, is because Kosovo rejects any consultation with the countries of the European Union on the issue of jihadists and the security of the old continent.
