Act of Dad from Gjilan who kept his 10-year-old daughter in chains

According to the indictment, the girl has been held in chains from half of March until March 29th of this year, in the village of Pasjak in the Novoberda municipality.

The person in question is said to have committed a criminal act of illegal duty of freedom by Article 196 paragraph 2 points 2.1 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.

On the other hand, the prosecutor of the case, has asked the competent Court in Gjilan, for the defendant to be convicted of this criminal offence and for him to be pronounced criminal sanctions, with which the purpose of the sentence would be achieved.
