Modest and ambition. Frankie de Jong, bought by Barcelona for 75m euros plus 11 million to be collected from Ajax in bonus form, has spoken of his future as blaugran.

The 21-year-old is aware of the midfield competition in Barca and has now acknowledged that initially, there will be room in 11.

But the Dutch talent has promised that it will work hard to become important in Barcelona's formation in the near future.

I don't expect to be a title immediately. I go there with the will and purpose of working hard, but also in the hope that I will eventually win a title site, said De Jong.
