AKP distributes financial tools for 12 Social Enterprises

After the legal conditions provided by legislation in effect that regulates the issue of the distribution of 20% funds, the Agency has prepared relevant documentation for the distribution of 20% funds to qualified workers of 15 Social companies and the amount of funds distributed this time is 1,249,202,000. For the company, the Amortizer factory has become a distribution for the first time, while others have had and distributed in the past.
This distribution will benefit 1844 workers who have met the legal criteria to be part of the 20% distribution.

The handling of these funds is made in the account of the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo (BSPK) in accordance with Article 10.5 of UNMIK Rule No. 203/13 (with changes).

Of the 20% funds so far, the agency has distributed about 127m euros, and some 47 thousand workers and former social companies have benefited. While only during 2018/2019 have some 7m euros been distributed to qualified workers. In the meantime, the Agency is in the process of preparing documentation for the distribution of 20% funds to qualified workers for several other NS, for which the workers of these NS and broad opinion will be informed over time.
