Yasar disobeys: Court Repudiates the Decision on Curbing Hours

Chairman of the United Education, Science and Culture Union ( SBAAK), Nundman Jasharaj, has called the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) to compensate for hours lost during the three-week strike

Jashari has voiced optimism that the Constitutional Court in Pristina will decide in favour of the SBASAK in terms of compensation of hours.

In an interview given to the newspaper “The new age”, Jasharaj, has suggested that until this decision is made the lost hours will not be compensated for Saturdays or spring break or even the end of the school year.

However, he has warned that the SBAAK will respect any decision the court will make.
