Yugoslavia had not qualified to that World, while Vokrri had played in two duels with Bulgarians, Insport reports, referring to FIFA's official data.
The matches with Bulgaria had ended 0:0, in Belgrade, where Vokrri had played starters and was replaced by Darko Panev, later the winner of the Golden Shoe in Europe and 2:1 for Bulgarians in Sofia, when Vokrri was involved in his friend's goal and later his player Milko Djurovski.
