77-year-old Nundman Muqolli of the Drensian Pockle, relates how with its healing water, the entire village was supplied - and wide.
This source has served for many villages to drink animals, for human healing. A local doctor has shown us that this water has been healing for skin, trick, and so on. People from Pristina's Peja have come to use it as healing water”, points out RTV The Beftman Muqolli.
For years, however, animals cannot drink this water, since sewer construction has not been performed properly, Muqorll adds.
“Comuna has earmarked 35 thousand euros to clear this source and sewage to be sent to the cloud, but the company she's taken to carry out the works has misused funds”, the elderly man is further expressed.
Milaim Ferizi says that once from this water, many people were cured.
My father went to the doctor, he said anything. Someone told him he had to drink sour water. Dad came here and drank water, and after three months he went to the doctor after nothing. The doctor is also surprised. When he told him that he drank this water, the doctor told him that he cured you”, says resident Milaim Ferizi.
Drenas municipality spokesman Bekim Dobra said by telephone that the channeling in the neighborhoods around the water source was built in 2016. It adds that residents have not complained that water is being contaminated. According to him, as soon as they receive complaints from village representatives, they will intervene immediately, as there is a separate budget project, for sanctimating the shortcomings in the sewers.
