Former Presevo Mayor Ardita Sinani has said Albania and Kosovo have done as much as they can for Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
Sinani has said Albanians of that part have well received the idea of mending borders and the possible union of the Presevo Valley with Kosovo.
It is a historic moment for the Presevo Valley to join Kosovo, as if these lands are not happening now, they will be emptied by Albanians”.
The head of the PVD branch in Presevo has said she deeply respects President Hashim Thaci's initiative to join Kosovo's Presevo Valley.
I trust the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, and I strongly believe that joining Kosovo can be reached”.
Sinan has also talked about Albanian political figures. She has spoken big words to President Hashim Thaci, saying he has very great human sensitivity for Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
For Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, she has said she has very great respect and, according to her, he is a true patriot.
It's extremely high. I can say that the institutions of the Albanian state have not had such a patriot”.
The former Presevo municipality mayor has said Albanians in Presevo are disappointed with Albin Kurti after expecting it to be much more vocal for uniting the Presevo Valley with Kosovo.
Mr. Kurti must not regret Zvecanin, Zubin Potok and Leposaviqi. Presevo Valley is a very important asset”, Ardita Sinani said, among other things.
