According to these sources, Wessel traveled to Japan this morning for an official visit there. Even the head of the Assembly will not be in Kosovo all week long.
Wessel had not met two weeks ago with the two senior American officials, John Earth and Brad Berkeley, who had come exclusively for the tax, even warned of sanctions against Kosovo for the cause.
Periscope has attempted to receive any confirmation of the time of meetings with special guests, however neither the prime minister nor the Presidency speak up arguing there will be closed meetings for the media.
Today, Serbian media have reported that Jan Hecker and Matthias Leuttenber are staying in Pristina and that they will leave for Serbia in the evening.

This visit by German officials takes place a few days after the meeting important American officials had with Kosovo leaders.
John Earth and Brad Berkeley, two senior American officials had visited Kosovo, where they met with Kosovo president. Hashim Thaci and the Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. At this meeting, the two senior American officials have reiterated the White House's clear message -- that the tax on Serbia should be suspended and the road to dialogue opens.
In Kosovo on Saturday, the senior US official, David Hale, also invited Kosovo leaders to speak in one voice so that Kosovo's role in dialogue is empowered.
Hale also stressed that US support is stable. Speaking of the comprehensive agreement with Serbia, Hale said that bilateral recognition should be on its axis.
We remember that since the tax was imposed, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is continuing to oppose the United States' demand for the suspension of the tax, as a condition to move further into dialogue. The international community is not halting pressure on Kosovo to lift the tax on Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was imposed three months ago as opposition to Serbian aggression and not recognising the Kosovo state. /PERISCOP/
