Serbs betrayed after Albanians buy their last store in Bujanoc

The company Heba, which is owned by the company “Nektar” by Backka Pallanka, has sold the local at the centre of Bujanoc, in which the market is located “Sprent”. This news has been confirmed to local Serb media by the owners of April Market, but also by sources within the Heba company, who have not been satisfied with the owners' decision. The Heba company recently sold the parcel, which is located between the Economic School and the company's department of Yumko in front of the Health House.

The vehicle transaction was conducted days ago, while the owner of the bar is currently Albanian from the village of Llucan of Bujanovac, who lives and operates in Switzerland. The owners of the Sprent Market, who for ten years are ten-year renters of the bar since the privatisation of Heba, have wanted to buy the bar, but in some cases have received answers that it is not for sale.

Now they expected that, if they had decided to sell, Heba first offered the shop for purchase. That didn't happen, but quite by chance they were informed that the bar was sold, so now hope to agree with the new owner to continue renting, sources within the Sprunt market have said, concerned about selling the bar. According to unofficial data, it is taught that the locale, based on space that has been paid about 150,000 to 200,000 euros.

The square meter price of trade spaces on the square is 2,500 to 3,000 euros per square metre. On the other hand, local Serbs have not welcomed this at all, because, according to them, buying shops and homes from Albanians is jeopardising their deportation, which does not consist on the Albanian side as well.
