Salsics and hams are cancerous

Nitrates are also a powerful bacon conservative and kill botulin bacteria, which can cause food poisoning.
Research for the British meat processing Association from Campden science consultancy has revealed that nitrate do not attack this bacteria. Some marks produce bacon and sausages, using traditional processes without chemicals.
