The number of sick people increases every day. This is because of the nitrite content that these foods contain in their content.
Nitrates are also a powerful bacon conservative and kill botulin bacteria, which can cause food poisoning.
Research for the British meat processing Association from Campden science consultancy has revealed that nitrate do not attack this bacteria. Some marks produce bacon and sausages, using traditional processes without chemicals.
But there are data that other food companies use nitrites because they store the rose - of - meat color, which is considered more attractive to buyers.
Baroness Walmsley, deputy chairman of the parliamentary group, said:
This evidence raises serious questions about why nitrates are added to our ham. ”
The situation in Kosovo and Albania cannot be any better in terms of these products that Albanians like very much.
