I've been out for a year with a working visa in Germany. I'm here today especially for this anniversary, so I can be here and remind my family and my fellow villagers, he says, I follow Periscope.
The full writing of MP Musliu, where the young man from Rahoveci relates everything she experienced:
The story that should make us all ashamed!
Moving through the cemetery of martyrs and martyrs in the village of Celine of Rahovec, where I went to pay tribute to the 20th anniversary of the genocide massacre committed by the Serbian state in 1999, near a woman's grave, I noticed a young man. I offered and said goodbye. I was impressed by his manners and modesty, as did the sadness that his eyes reflected. I asked him what his name was, and I asked him some other important questions about taking courage and asking him about the woman whose face was looking at us from the gravestone.
And it's my mother, who told me that he had been waiting for this moment to express himself. He invited me to move them to the cemetery.
This is my brother Eric. He was only 10 years old. This too is my brother Bledar, who had only four years, and nearby are my grandfather and grandmother. This is the uncle who suffered the worst because, you see, this here is the uncle's wife and these other fourth graves are his children's; three girls and a boy. Nobody saved them from their families. With my brothers and kids, we ate and played together because we lived in a house. ”
He quietly continued to show me the 16 graves of his family. The carpenter who was massacred in the same country and the same day. And you, where were you the day the murder occurred, I asked him, thinking he might not be home.
” I was there with them. I am the last of my uncle and me, but they also executed my uncle in an effort to escape. They could have executed me at that moment, but surprisingly they didn't do it”.
What happened to you then, I asked him.
They took me away, bound my hands with a chain, and locked me in the house. When evening came, I was surprised that everyone wore pajamas and slept as if that day were one of the most common ones. I was alone with their commander until morning. In the morning they told me something in the Serbian language and pretended to kill me. I expected death every minute. At one point one of the Serbian paramilitaries, he must have been sorry and asked to be released. They untied my hands and said, "Get out, go! When I went into the courtyard, by the corn basket, and in Albanian, I just asked them, did they solve the dogs, who were tied up, and I pity them for having nobody to feed them? One of the policemen turned me into Albanian and allowed me to solve it. I felt a measure of joy that I let down the dogs and continued on the road, until a few yards down, the Serbian police stopped me again and one of them said, "Kill him." At that moment I told him, don't worry, I spent the whole night with the Serbian commander and police and they let me go, and you're trying to kill me. I don't know how, but I was released, so I continued on my way tired and hungry. On my way, there was another occasion when I happened before my execution, but I survived. Then fortunately there came a truck carrying bread and took me because I probably wouldn't have been able to walk those 7km to reach a family member of our”.
At that moment, if he wanted to prove to me what he said, he directed me to a little cottage, above the cemetery: “A you're seeing There's pictures of my family on display. If you want, you can visit them. I haven't been able to get in for 14 years, because I can't afford to date them to this day, and I put my eyes away like she didn't want to see my eyes teary.
I put my hand in her arm and I told her it was okay and don't come in today either. You wait outside until I visit the photos on display. I headed toward that house with several other citizens who accompanied me. See what on those walls? Photos of piles of people massacred in the most inhumane way.
This is my family. That's the kids I showed you earlier” was suddenly heard by his voice, which he didn't even notice followed. I was thrilled by his voice, and now both of us were standing in front of the photographs. We took turns looking at all the photos and went back to the cemetery. It was a sense of breathing and of paying attention to what she was doing now.
He started his story like this: “I completed my basic studies, completed all my master's exams, gave up the subject, and now I'm waiting for the date to protect”. I was glad to hear of his success, but this joy did not last because he went on and his account choked my soul.
I've suffered a lot until I've been educated. I had to take care of it myself. I went twice to seasonal work outside Kosovo to finance my studies. I've never wanted to ask for any age. I made a lot of sacrifices to school, but what to do, after graduation I didn't find a safe place to work. I've been working a time with the contract on work at one of Kosovo's institutions, but I didn't have this job secured. ”
What are you doing now?
I've been out for a year with a working visa in Germany. I'm here today especially for this anniversary, so I can be here and remind my family and my fellow citizens of”
I was speechless because of my sadness and shame.
He continued to speak proudly in spite of the horror he had experienced, he had managed to get along with him. ” I didn't mean to bow to anybody, and I'm telling you that I finished my studies with very good success” while I was standing silent because I couldn't believe how it couldn't be possible to find a decent contract job for a professionally prepared guy who kept a story on his young shoulders!!!!
She matured prematurely, so she also realized what I felt at the time. ” I'm sorry I charged you with my story and maybe I tried you, but you don't have anything to do with it because we're dating first time and we don't even know each other. I'd love to invite you to my home for a cup of coffee if you have a little time”.
After I had planned to visit even the family of hero Rifat Dina, I asked him where his house was and told him that I would be there in half an hour. After visiting the family of the hero Rifat Dina, I headed to the home of the young man who received me more kindly and in a manly manner. There I met other guests who had gone to honor and to share the pain of what had happened 20 years earlier. I was divided and encouraged by the words and attitude of Valon Zeqiw, who by the time the massacre had occurred over his family had only 12 years, whereas today, in the fullest sense, he deserves the superiority of a Stoic, fearless, intellectual, proud, and noble soul.
For his life, he can write books and make films, but I'm finishing up with this story, feeling proud of Vallon but ashamed of not caring for the state with him and many other Vallonas who are scattered throughout the territory of Kosovo. This youth who has the confidence to challenge life and this infinite transitional time is the strongest foundation of our society. He must be given his rightful place. It's time for deep and well-being reforms because we're losing a lot. The future does not forgive us if we continue to be conformists instead of being indignant and elevated and seek reform in this system.
