Lawyer Musa Damati has reacted immediately after Kosovo Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Milan Radojevic's complaint at the Police Inspectorate to launch investigations into Kosovo police officials, who had participated in the arrest of the director of the so-called Office for Kosovo near Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric.
He has indicated that any Kosovo Police official who has participated in the intervention and arrest of Marko Djurici, who is initiated by any legal procedure against him, could benefit free professional legal services from his office.

On the other hand, Kosovo Police Inspectorate spokesman (IPK), Arber Beka, said the IPK has accepted a complaint regarding the case, which was initially addressed in the department for the management of complaints and then at the Department of Investigations.

“The IPK investigators have taken some investigative actions regarding the case and submitted an announcemental report to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica”, Beka said.
