So said the Oda of Kosovo's Afarism at a conference that has been held today, where the Law for Lehonia is required to be changed.
According to OAK officials, one of the reasons that is hindering women's employment growth is that businesses do not take it into account for employment due to the payment of lehonia and due to the obligation of businesses to pay two salaries for a job.
The Cana Ray from the OAK said Kosovo is ahead with laws but behind with their implementation. She said only 12 per cent of women are employed in the country.
The OAK requires that the Labour Law on Fire and Lehonia in Kosovo be adjusted, as in Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Germany and other countries where the government's holiday is covered.
