The gift Hoxha has been equipped with a new phone for about a week. Not at all. Only for Hoxha's phone are it spent around 1,000 euros from the poorest state budget in the region.
So says the announcement of the signing of the contract that the European Integration Ministry has published on the public page of the Public Procuration Commission(KRPP).
And that this phone was bought for Minister Hoxha, officials of the European Integrity Ministry have confirmed it.
