On the morning of March 24, 1998, major enemy forces were heading towards the home of Hilmi Haradinaj, whose members were involved in the KLA ranks.
The third son of this family Luan Haradinaj was among the first to fall on the altar of freedom.
During the wars fought in Glodjan, on March 24, 1998, Gazmned Mehmetaj, Hime Haradinaj and Agron Mehmetaj were martyred.
To mark this day, several activities will be held in the organisation of the Government of Kosovo.
By 10:00 p.m., there will be amazes at the Gllojan Memorial Complex, and at 12: 00 a.m., a memorial academy will be held.
Under the manifestation, sports events will also be held in chess, boxing, football and other activities in memory of the liberation war, and the 20th anniversary of the start of NATO intervention will be commemorated.
