In an interview on the Frontal Show, Hoxha has said Burdush needs to ease the detention measure because he is in a bad emotional state.
“He is in poor emotional state due to detention, he must ease the measure because he does not need to remain in custody. Burdushi doesn't know whether it's hurt or not, I know it's handled in the prison ambulance, and there's a market that didn't send it to the city ambulance, to silence this case”, Hoxha said.
Among other things, Burdward's lawyer said his client should take serious treatment.

From sources close to the Prizren Pre-prisonment Centre, Inseyder has learned that Burdushi attempted to commit suicide several days ago inside the prison.
Hysni Peqani, known as Burdushi, is accused of several criminal acts.
According to the prosecution's indictment, “Burdushi” was charged with the accusation that from 20,06.2014 to 12.08.2014 in Prizren, hiding the facts and with the aim of illegally benefiting property for himself or the other person, or in order to cause damage to the other person, cheats or continues the injury.
