A year from kidnapping, violent deportation to Turkey

Today it has been a year since six Turkish citizens were kidnapped by Kosovo authorities in a well-organised operation and deported to Turkey. However, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor has not yet filed charges for any person. Dozens of violations already known to have been made public by the Parliamentary Commission for an investigation into the Maglenists' case in the Parliament.
Today it has been a year since Kosovo Police had arrested and deported six Turkish citizens to Turkey, five of them employees at the “Mehmet Akif” school, and a doctor.
As far as Cihan ⇩zkan, Kahraman Demirez, Hasan Hüseyin Günakan, Mustafa Erdem, Osman Karakaya and Yusuf Karabina are preparing an indictment by the Bureau of Terrorism and Organised Crime of Istanbul Republican Prosecutors, the country's authorities have failed to accuse those behind that organisation.
Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha has declared to Gazeta Express that, in the case, the investigation is still under way, meanwhile, the file prepared in the Assembly has been attached to the paper.
In the Kosovo Assembly, meanwhile, MPs have identified 31 violations that were committed by authorities.
With the start of work and the drafting of the expert's report, members of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission have claimed to have begun various pressures in the work of this commission.
For this greater pressure and commitment of the prosecution bodies to whitewash the truth about the case, the American Embassy in Pristina, which was also followed by reactions from the United Kingdom and German embassies.
Following the incident that took place on March 29th 2018, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had dismissed Driton Gashi from office, then chief of the Kosovo Agency for Intelligence and Interior Affairs Minister Flamur Sefaj, who later resigned from their positions.
The deportation of six Turkish citizens at the end of March last year is said to have been done through a co-ordinated action between intelligence services from Turkey and Kosovo.
