Beden has not yet announced whether he will participate in the 2020 presidential elections. However, he has received 27 percent of the votes of participants in the survey, while Bernie Saunders has received 25 percent of them. This measurement is made by the company “Selzer & Co”.

“If I were Joe Biden and I was sitting on a fence, this result would convince me to jump”, said Ann Selzer, company chief who conducted the survey.

About 65 percent of the participants in this measurement have said that Biden has more experience than any other candidate and that he should enter the race, while 31 percent have said that his time as a candidate has passed.

At least 12 candidates have become part of the race within the democratic party to challenge the current president. However, it is expected that the announcement of participation in the race will make other prominent figures, including former Vice President Biden and former Congressmen Beto O'Rourke, writes “The Guardian”.
