“With the former commander of the Llap Operative Zone, Rrustem Mustafa, we talked about developments in the country, in particular about the dignified treatment of freedom categories. Voicing the highest respect for his life course in the service of homeland and freedom, General Mustafa, I delivered the medal to “Genoti-Skenderbeu”, writes Haradinaj on Facebook.
Rrustem Mustafa is sentenced to four years for war crimes. He has also been invited for an interview by the Special Court in The Hague.
