In this case, Agency Director Shaip Havolli has said they have filed charges against MPs ministers and deputy ministers.
This report reflects the investigation of the Agency for 2018 as well as reports. During 2018 we have handled a total of 319 cases. And this year alone, we have accepted 251 that have been forwarded to the Prosecutor. 162 cases have been closed, while 102 cases have been held for this year as well.
The information we received from the Attorney after the agency's request was accepted 19 counts, in cases where we sent them as violations.
The persons involved in the investigation and in criminal charges have deputy ministers, deputy ministers, ambassador, Mayor Comuna, dean and prodekan, Judge, audience, department director at the ministry, director of clinics, directors of public enterprises, this is the level where the Agency has exercised criminal disparation against them at the Prosecution” he said
Havoli has said further that it is disturbing to defraud Kosovo's budget.
The agency has handled 150 cases in the field of procurement, and in some, we have noted that there are violations in public procurement.
The Director of the Agency, Shaip Havolly, I'm further showing that by now some 42,000 officials have declared it, while 600 others have declared it. “So far related to the statement of Riches are 4,200 officials who have declared the rich are also 600 who have yet to declare, and since 31 is Sunday we have extended the deadline for statements until Monday”, Havolli said.
