Imagine that every day you could use your pet. So do the workers of a Japanese company. They are not only allowed to hire animals, but some also live there.
Brighton Side shows that animals and humans are natural partners and can help each other, Periscope translates.

Offices at Ferray Corporation, an internet company in Tokyo, look like every modern job in the world except one thing: it's full of cats.
Company managers had been concerned about the level of stress of their workers. They knew that the presence of animals would help reduce anxiety.
So they had the idea of paying workers to adapt or save street cats.

Each of the workers received $45 for every cat that adopted or saved.
This proved successful. Managers had reported that after the arrival of cats, productivity had increased, stress levels had declined, and communication within the office had improved.
Add here, even that cats themselves obtained warm, comfortable shelters. /Periscopi
