Man allegedly lobbiing for Kosovo recognition

A man with a dark past, for two years, has been put at the helm of Serbia's campaign to dim Kosovo's international recognition. Sources in Government have said that it is doing this “in the style of mafia and through bribery”, writes Koha Ditore today. It's this Vladimir Cizej of origin from Slovenia, but [...]

It is this Vladimir Cizej of origin from Slovenia, but raised in Belgrade and having Serbian and Israeli citizenship. He is a close assistant to the Serbian diplomat, Ivica Dacic, and the media in Serbia have reported earlier on corrupting ties between the two. Dicchiki keeps it close now and even Cizej is represented in many countries on behalf of the Serbian government.

Newspaper sources have indicated that Cizej is directly involved in lobbiing to attract recognition from the states of Suriname, Komorettes, Lesotto and Burundi.

“It has corrupted senior officials in these countries, to issue false verbal notes and has closed arms agreements with dictatorships buying Serbian weapons and technology produced by Vlatko”, has said a source in Government, referring to intelligence sources.
