The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has asked the country's president, Hashim Thaci, to decree at the Central Election Commission, members of all parliamentary groups in the Kosovo Assembly.
The AAK parliamentary group's chief, Ahmet Isufi, said all parties have been asked by one member, but according to him, have no confirmation that their member will be decreed Thursday.
“Procedura has thus gone to all parliamentary groups has been asked by one member, have sent members to parliamentary groups and has the president in his office. So he must decree everyone. We have received no confirmation that our member is one of those to be decreed tomorrow, so the president must carry out his role in view of the six parliamentary groups that have the right to have from a member”, Isufi said.
He at a media conference, warns he will join other parties for sending the case to the Constitutional.
“I'm talking so far about the situation. If the president does not send six parliamentary groups, he has asked their names, then normally we will be sending to Constitution”, Isufi said.
According to him, all parliamentary groups must have one member in the CEC.
The “given that tomorrow the president has warned to decree members of the Central Election Commission, six parliamentary groups must be represented in the CEC. This is the president's duty, so none of the parliamentary groups given the Law for Election” should be annulled, he said.
On Thursday, the presidency has announced that the head of state will decree members of the Central Election Commission, which represent political parties. /Economia Online/
