About 3.5m euros fine for lucky games for 6 years

This decision came after the latest events in the cassiono, that two people were killed.

In a response to the Kosovo Tax Agency for Indexline, the licensed betting points and monitored by ATK are 301 entities. The total local automation area, however, is 135.

With the Government's decision, all these points of chance are in the process of closing.

According to data from this list, in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 no locals have been closed, unlike the past three years, where 695 locals have been closed due to illegal activity.

While, the number of employees in these businesses from 2012 to now has been 6 thousand and 568 people.

For illegal activities, ATK has imposed fines on them, where the total number of fines is 2 thousand and 237, with their value exceeding three million, respectively, 3,468,650,00 euros.

According to the Business Recording Agency, 19 of these fortune-game points are owned by Albania.

By order of the ATK are closing in, but some locals failed to abide by reopening them.

For this, Kosovo Police have arrested five people.

“With the case of acceptance of information that the same lucky game bar is again developing, public order and competent directorate police officials on the scene have appeared at the scene, who have made the arrest of (5) people, of whom (1) workers and (4) other people at the country's country's 148x1>, the police report says.
