The adventurer and the sharp rider have traveled to only 20 countries in Asia, Europe, Australia, and the U.S. for nine months.
The previous record was held by Tom Davies of London, who completed the challenge in 2015 at the age of 19.
Charlie financed his journey from savings and also set up a page to receive financial support from people who admired his bicycle trip.
He officially completed his adventure at 4: 00 p.m., in Bristol.
