Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's call for organising an international conference on the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is considered dangerous by political parties and analysts. According to them, such a conference could reopen Kosovo status issue
Several days ago, the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, in the midst of several conditions he has put on the United States of America and the European Union in exchange for lifting the tax on Serbian products, has asked to launch an international conference aimed at reaching a comprehensive agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, Zeri writes.
Although Haradinaj has sought guarantees that at this conference there will be no reform of borders, exchange or division of territories, the call for the conference is considered a dangerous issue by analysts as well as political parties.
According to the Democratic Party of Kosovo, this conference could reopen the Kosovo status issue. Political analysts also estimate that this would be harmful to Kosovo.
