According to the Law that was passed in the Assembly on Saturday after midnight, according to Diana Shehu Devaya, health inspectors, this promotion makes them with cofficient 3.5, which, according to her, is contrary to the Law on Health Inspectorate.
Law No.02/L 38, paragraph 8.2 Article 8 of this Law says that “oversight of law enforcement cannot make workers with lower professional qualifications than the employee subject to oversight”.
This means that we can't supervise medical specialists with coefficial 5”, Shehu-Devaja said.
She has suggested that the strike will continue until the annulment of this decision and has indicated to <x0 ..."Koha Ditore” that they will hold a meeting with Health Minister Ismaili Bridge.
