The Péja Constitutional Prosecutor through a communiqué has clarified that he has made a decision to initiate investigations, to defendants F.Q., in the direction of the top criminal offense, because on February 9th of this year, about 22:00, in the town of Peja, defendant F.Q., after a preliminary dispute with the injured U.G., takes out a knife from his pocket and hits it at the cheek of his left cheek, causing serious bodily and life - threatening injuries.
The hearing for the appointment of this move is expected to be held before the judge of the preliminary procedure.
