According to the request, there is doubt that, on February 22, 2019, in the municipality of Kamenica, in the Greta Pharmı, following the search by the pharmaceutical Inspectorate, the Health Ministry found that the B.K. suspect has put a significant amount of herbs in circulation after the expiration date, which are harmful to health.
Also, the suspect has illegally exercised pharmaceutical activities, even though the same profession is economist, without professional qualifications has offered pharmaceutical services.
In this way, he is allegedly committed criminal acts, production and distribution of harmful medical products and the illegal exercise of medical or pharmaceutical activity, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
