The minor was allegedly sexually abused by her teacher, and then by a police investigator.
It was requested that the session be held February 8th at 12: 00 p.m.
In reasoning of the request for this session, the “cases of public rape and sexual abuse reports on minors and on girls and women within Kosovo institutions are no longer isolated”.
“These cases have already turned into phenomena”, which states that “the preservation of the physical and moral integrity of minors, girls and women is legal responsibility from the ministries of the line to the law enforcement agencies that are monitored by Government, Parliament, Prosecutorial Council, the Judicial Council and the Ombudsman.
