Independent Supervisor Council was a dysfunctional month, over 200 complaints remain untested

This is due to the fact that at the end of last year, four members of KKPSHCK have expired, until a month ago another member of the Council has resigned, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
KKPSHCK consists of seven members, who are elected by the Kosovo Assembly. According to the Council's labour regulation, to have the quorum for holding a meeting must be at least four members. The deadline for examination of complaints is 45 days.
In absence of quorum, the Council has been forced to reverse civil servants' complaints. On 25 October, the commission to assess candidates at the Ministry of Public Administration (MAP) had formed the list with three names for the director of the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation.
