It's widely argued by respected analysts that Mr. Haradinaj, through maintaining 100% tax power, has prevented reaching a deal with Serbia, which could include border correction and, therefore, violating Kosovo's territorial integrity.
But let me remind you all of a fact. The opposition resolution of September 4th 2018, with a single point saying that Kosovo's “territorial integrity is incompatible and no one, nor the president of the country, can dialogue on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo” was not voted to AAK and Initiative, although they were publicly declared to support it.
After that, in the next session, this resolution is in order. If Mr. Haradinaj is serious, then he must guide AAK deputies to vote on this resolution. It's so simple.
