Gjakova's prosecutor had filed charges against Dardan Gashi, Sami Lushtaku and Andrew Shala for unauthorized possession of weapons, as the same were seen in a video celebrating in Fatmir Limaj's Orda, KTV reports.
The defendants at Limaj's party, following the prosecution's acquittal of organised crime and abuse of duty, have been seen firing guns from the umbrella windows.
