Kosovo 150 years ago was the most educated villa in the Ottoman Empire (according to University of Wisconsin professor Kemal Carpat- Ottoman population 1830-1914). Compared to other countries, the Ottoman Empire was at the top 10th of the world's most educated countries. Now in independent Kosovo, P ISA ranked us the last in the world.
