He mentions a statement by a professor from the University of Wisconsin, Kemal Carpat-Ottoman, as he did not show reference, where he had said that Kosovo 150 years earlier was “vilijet the most educated in the Ottoman Empire”.

Kosovo 150 years ago was the most educated villa in the Ottoman Empire (according to University of Wisconsin professor Kemal Carpat- Ottoman population 1830-1914).
